Primal Weightlifting Belt

This belt is built around Primal, Genndy Tartakovsky’s animated series about a caveman and a dinosaur who team up to survive — and it leans on the show’s rawest, most physical moments rather than a calm character shot.

A Show Told Without Words

Primal barely uses dialogue; the show tells its story almost entirely through action and expression, which is exactly what this design pulls from. The front shows the caveman crouched with his spear against a jungle backdrop, with the show’s title lettering worked in above him. It’s a quieter moment compared to the rest of the belt, which leans hard into the show’s violence.

Under Fire

The back and the wraparound artwork show a rougher scene: the caveman caught in a hail of arrows, a dinosaur’s jaws bared beside him, and other figures worked into the background. It’s a faithful match to the show’s tone — Primal doesn’t soften its fights, and neither does this design.

• Buckle, thickness, and personalization are each their own choice, not a fixed package.
• Split leather with double stitching and reinforced seams is built for repeated training use.

FAQs

What show is this belt based on? Genndy Tartakovsky’s Primal, an animated series that follows a caveman and a dinosaur surviving together — the belt uses the caveman’s spear-carrying pose on the front and a fiercer battle scene across the rest of the strap.

Is the artwork accurate to the show’s tone? Yes — Primal is known for intense, largely wordless action, and the arrow-and-dinosaur scene on this belt reflects that rather than a toned-down version.

10mm or 13mm — how do I decide? 10mm is the more flexible option for general training, and 13mm is stiffer, which is why it’s the more common pick for dedicated heavy powerlifting work.

What’s the difference between the three buckles? Nothing about the belt itself — same leather, same artwork, same sizing. Standard Lever Buckle, SBD-Style Buckle, and CWLB Adjustable Lever Buckle differ only in the closing mechanism and look.

Can I get my name on it? Yes, on the buckle, and separately as printed or embroidered text inside the belt, up to 20 characters.

What’s your process if I’ve ordered the wrong size? Check your waist measurement against the size chart first. If it still doesn’t fit right, get in touch with our team about an exchange — the details are on our returns policy page.
