Returns & size exchanges · 14 days
Standard catalog designs with only size, thickness or buckle selected may qualify for an unused change-of-mind return. Added names, text, customer artwork, customer-specific colors or embroidery are personalization and are generally excluded from change-of-mind refunds. Unused size exchanges are allowed for both standard and personalized belts. Contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back; you pay shipping for voluntary returns and size exchanges. Exchanges depend on availability. The separate six-month manufacturing-defect warranty and support for errors on our part still apply.

Standard delivery
Estimated delivery is 2–3 weeks from the order date, including production and transit. Custom artwork, remote destinations and customs processing can take longer. If your order needs extra production time, we will contact you.
Shipping and checkout total
We offer free worldwide shipping on weightlifting belts. Checkout shows the shipping cost, any applicable taxes and the final order total before you place your order. Store prices are in USD; your payment provider may apply currency-conversion charges.
Customs and import charges
Destination-country duties, import taxes and other customs charges may be collected separately. These charges are generally the customer’s responsibility and are separate from our free shipping offer.
Tracking
After dispatch, we email you a tracking link. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination.
See our shipping policy for details. Wholesale and specially agreed delivery schedules follow the timing confirmed for that order.
