We know how frustrating it can be when you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase. The last thing you want is a complicated returns process to add to your stress. You should be able to focus on your fitness journey, not on sorting out returns or exchanges.
We’ve got you covered. If your order isn’t perfect, you have 14 days from receiving it to exchange it or get a refund. Didn’t get your order at all? You have 14 days to let us know, and we’ll sort it out.
Easy Steps for Exchanging or Returning Items Purchased Online
Step 1:
Contact our 24/7 customer support at info@customweightliftingbelt.com or chat with us to get the return authorization and necessary details.
Step 2:
Pack the items securely in their original packaging, and include the return address provided by our customer service team.
Step 3:
Ship the items back to us. Let us know right away once you’ve sent them, so we can process your request quickly.
Return Policy
Manufacturer Fault:
If there’s a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange within 30 days. No refunds will be given after the 14-day refund period.
Item Not Received:
If your item doesn’t arrive within the specified delivery time, you have 30 days to report it to our customer support. Claims made after 30 days won’t be accepted.
Change of Mind/No Longer Needed:
If you want a different size or color, you can exchange the item within 14 days, as long as it’s unused and in resalable condition. If the desired size or color isn’t available, or if you want a different product, simply return the item and place a new order.
Important Notes
- Products must be returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
- We reserve the right to decline returns if items are damaged or not in resalable condition.
- If you return heavy items for reasons like size or color change, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the mistake is ours.
- Make sure to return items within 14 days after notifying us, or your return claim won’t be accepted.
- Items returned without contacting customer support or without proper documentation will be rejected.
- Return shipping costs won’t be reimbursed if items are sent back without notifying customer support.
Our Commitment to Fast and Easy Returns
You can return any item for a refund within 14 days, as long as it’s unused and in resalable condition. Refunds will be credited using the same method as your original payment. Processing returns takes up to 5 business days after the items reach our warehouse, but it might take up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.
Note:
We recommend using tracking numbers for returned packages, as we’re not responsible for lost items. Make sure the package is sent to the correct address; otherwise, we reserve the right to decline the payment.
